Young Superstar Prithviraj’s much anticipated "Anwar", directed by Amal Neerad, will grace screens on October 15 during Pooja holidays. The film was earlier expected on September 10 as a Ramzan treat.According to sources, the makers pushed the release of the film from Ramzan to Pooja holidays to avoid clash with other Ramzan releases: Mohanlal’s Shikar, Mammootty’s Pranchiyettan and the Saint and Jayaram’s Makeup Man. Anwar, scripted by the director himself with his help of R. Unni of Big B fame, is produced by Rajesh Zacharias under the banner of Red Carpet Films. Debutant cameraman Satheesh Kurup cranks the camera and Gopi Sundar is the man behind the music.
